Quarter 1, Week 8 - Communicative Styles Part 4

 "From Sandals To Sneakers - Shoes Step Forward" Is the our reading comprehension in our Quarter 1, week 8. This week will end the Quarter 1. Our teacher assign us to read the "From Sandals To Sneakers - Shoes Step Forward" The story revolves around the kind of materials that can be used in shoes. It's also a look back at how sandals evolved into sneakers. This assignment is significant because it will allow our teacher to determine whether or not we are able to read.  The history of shoes is the focus of our discussion, It also shows what kind of equipment you'll be able to use. The things I have learned after I read the story is where the shoe originates from and when it was first worn. There's nothing I find it difficult. Quarter 1, Week 7 - Understanding Communicative Styles Part 3

Our topic was about communicative styles. In the Casual communicative styles use jargon, slang and colloquial words. We do spelling and the words that we spell is acquaintance, receipt, dysfunctional, bookkeeper, sachet, inflammable, neophyte, novice, delicatessen and learned one of the figure of speech and that is Litotes. I also known who's the author of  light in my darkness and her name is Helen Adams Keller. We also watch a short video about a girl making a good choice. The activities are easy and you can do it right away. I learned that in the casual communicative styles use jargon, slang and colloquial words. There's none I find it difficult. The part that i'm enjoying is learning new types of figure of speech and making blog.                  This is my compose of opening and closing prayer that shows Intimate Communicative Styles.  

Quarter 1, Week 6 - Understanding Communicative Styles Part 2

  Our topic was about communicative styles. Communicative styles is an individual's regular manner of engagement, which can be described in a variety of ways (usually in the context of communication skills training and often in relation to personality types). There are 5 types of communicative styles and it is casual, consultative, formal, frozen, and lastly intimate. We also watch a video and learned one of the figure of speech and that is Onomatopoeia. I also known who's the author of  t he Adventures of Tom Sawyer and his name is Mark twain. The activities are easy and you can do it right away. I learned that communicative style is important because we use it in our daily lives and to have a good relationship with other people. We also need to be respectful when we speak. There's none i find it difficult The part i'm enjoying is learning new types of figure of speech and knowing how important the communicative styles.                ...

Quarter 1, Week 5 - Understanding Communicative Styles Part 1

  Our topic was about communicative styles. We also deals with speech styles portraying how a language is characterized in terms of degree of formality. There are types of communicative styles and it is casual, formal, consultative, frozen, and intimate. We also do the spelling and learned one of the figure of speech and that is Metonymy. I also known who's the author of great expectations and his name is Charles Dickens.  The activities are easy and you can do it right away. I learned that Speech style is a communicative style which portrays how a language is characterized in terms of degree of formality and speech styles is important because we need it in order to relay the message of our speech well. Quarter 1, Week 4 - Understanding Conditionals Part 2

Our topic was about generalization and types of conditional. We also do the spelling and we learned one of the figure of speech and that is irony. I also known who's the author of harry potter and her name is Joanne Rowling or better known as J.K Rowling.  Conditional sentences are statements discussing known factors or hypothetical situations and their consequences. Complete conditional sentences contain a conditional  clause (often referred to as the if-clause) and the consequence. The activities are easy and you can do it right away. I learned that when using zero conditional, the correct tense to use in both clauses is the simple present tense and i also notice that the words "if" and "when" can be used interchangeably in the zero conditional sentences. There's none i find it difficult. The part that i'm enjoying is learning new types of figure of speech and words and making blog.  

Quarter 1, Week 3 - Learning Conditionals Part 1

  Our lesson was about in forms and use of conditionals. We also do spelling and we learned one of the figure of speech and that is oxymoron. I also found out who is Edgar Allan Poe. There are 4 conditionals and it is zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, and lastly third conditional. Conditionals is used in expressing stand or arguments which may be helpful in persuading others to move or act and even change their thoughts. The activities are easy and you can do it right away. I learned that the conditionals are statement expressing the result of a particular condition. If-clause and when-clause present the condition while the main clause explains the results. Conditional statements may appear in both affirmative and negative structures. There's none i find it difficult. Quarter 1, Week 2 - Learning Modals Part 2

  Our lesson was about spelling, figure of speech about Synecdoche and vocabulary. And rules and regulation in our barangay. Also what are the positive we learned from using modals. And i found out who's the author of the old man and the sea and etc. The activities are easy and you can do it right away. I learned that we need to follow the rules or regulation in our barangay. I also learned how to spell other words and we also talk about other figure of speech. There's none if find it difficult.
